- Although the inscription on its back indicates the date of 1629, the source is already referenced in a document from the Cathedral Registry Office from the year 1491. The name is associated with the "spoon" tax, a tax that had as its measure the harvest, and which paid for all the products to be sold in the city. It has been classified as a Property of Public Interest since 1938.
