- It belonged to the garden of the old Quinta de Vila Meã estate in Campanhã, which dates back to the 15th century. It was known as Quinta do Mitra, named after its last owner, “Mitra.” In addition to this fountain, there was a two-spouted fountain in the main courtyard of the estate, bearing the inscription “1710.”
